TSLP receptor is expressed on decidual CD14⁺ Mo/Mph, CD1c⁺ DCs, and activated dCD4⁺ T cells. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of TSLP receptor (TSLPR and IL-7Rα) on decidual CD14⁺ Mo/Mph, CD1c⁺ DCs. Both TSLPR and IL-7Rα are expressed on decidual CD14⁺ Mo/Mph, CD1c⁺ DCs (A). Stimulation with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies significantly increased TSLPR expression level but decreased IL-7Rα expression on CD4⁺ T cells (B).
