Cohorts of sublethally irradiated NOD/SCID mice were inoculated with 5 × 106 AML cells alone or with AML cells that had been cocultured overnight with clone J 7 (specific for a minor H antigen not expressed on the AML) or with clone J 47 at an E/T ratio of 10:1.
