EGFP and mCherry reporter gene expression was examined in human CD45+ cells in gated lymphocyte population in multiple tissues. Samples were analyzed between 14 and 20 weeks after intravenous CD34+ cell injection. Mean percentage EGFP and percentage mCherry expression are shown in each organ. No significant difference was found (P > .05) between percentage EGFP+ and percentage mCherry+ cells in various tissues by Student t test.
