MIP-3α inhibits HIV replication in PBMCs after infection. PBMCs were infected with R5 (BaL) HIV (left) or X4 (IIIB) HIV (right). After virus removal and washing, cells were treated with MIP-3α (0.2-5 μg/mL) or with T20 (11.25 μg/mL) or AZT (2.67 μg/mL) as controls.
