The first patient (top 2 graphs) showed delayed recovery (< 7 cells/μL in all blood samples during the first 65 days); recurrent/persistent CMV viremia was observed. The second patient (bottom 2 graphs; monitored with multiple tetramers) showed rapid recovery (at least 1 allele/tetramer ≥ 7 cells/μL in at least 1 blood sample before day 65); no viremia was observed.
