Effect of ChAGlyCD3 antibody on tonsillar B cells in vitro. Whole suspensions of mononuclear cell prepared from tonsillectomies performed in EBV-positive subjects were cultured for 7 days in the presence of ChAGlyCD3 antibody or medium. (A) EBV viral load was quantified by qPCR. Results are expressed as numbers of EBV DNA copies per micrograms of cellular DNA. (B) EBV protease transcripts, induced during the lytic cycle of the virus, were quantified. Results are expressed as numbers of mRNA copies per micrograms of total RNA.
