The x-axis indicates a separate group/subset of samples from each GEO dataset (GDS). The GDS accession number for each is also shown. The y-axis indicates the normalized level of expression of the respective mRNA. These GDSs were picked because they were among the largest (in terms of number of arrays) experiments related to AML.
