Expression of FRAP/mTOR pathway proteins in ALK-positive ALCLs. Tissue microarrays of ALK-positive ALCLs were analyzed for the expression of proteins in the FRAP/mTOR pathway. Both the NPM/ALK-positive (top panel) and TPM3/ALK-postive (bottom panel) ALCLs demonstrate expression of phospho-mTOR, phospho-p70S6K, and phospho-S6 ribosomal proteins.
