Differential inhibition of LPS-induced signaling events by OxPAPC. DCs were stimulated for 15 minutes with LPS (A) or CD40L (B) with or without 20 minutes of pretreatment with the indicated amounts of OxPAPC, harvested, and analyzed by Western blot for IκB-α, phosphorylated p38 MAP-kinase, and phosphorylated ERK1/2 and phosphorylated histone H3 (serine 10).
