(B) E-cadherin transfectants were incubated at different time points with parental or KLRG1 chimeric receptor reporter cells. E-cadherin immunoprecipitated lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane for Western blot analysis with anti-pY mAb 4G10.
