(A) Kruskall-Wallis nonparametric testing did not show any association between MICA-129 genotypes and sMICA serum levels. (B) Patients bearing the val/val genotype together with sMICA serum level greater than 80 pg/mL are at high risk of developing cGVHD, whereas the lowest risk was observed for those with MICA-129 met/met or met/val in combination with sMICA level below 80 pg/mL (univariate analysis).
