Real-time PCR evaluation of engraftment in different tissues of recipient mice. The amount of eGFP genomic DNA was normalized to albumin genomic DNA. The value of this ratio in eGFP transgenic donor mice was used as a 100% standard. The error bars indicate standard deviation (SD) for each PCR measurement repeated in triplicate.
