(A) Wild-type and Fg−/− platelets were incubated with or without either EDTA or GM6001 before addition of thrombin or TRAP. P-selectin expression on the platelet surface was analyzed via flow cytometry. The mean MFI ± SEM from the results was plotted. No significant difference in platelet surface P-selectin expression was observed on Fg−/− platelets in the presence or absence of EDTA or GM6001.
