(A) BALB/c thio-PEMs, PEMs, and bone marrow-derived macrophages were left untreated (N) or were treated for 24 hours with indicated stimuli. (B) BALB/c thio-PEMs, with or without 2 μg/mL actinomycin D pretreatment, were IL-4 steered for 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, or 48 hours. (C) Human monocyte-derived macrophages were left untreated (N) or were treated for 48 hours with indicated stimuli.
