Limited GPVI shedding in WIP KO mice. WT, WIP KO^low, and WIP KO^high mice were injected intraperitoneally (▩) or not (□) with 10 μg JAQ1, and platelets were analyzed by flow cytometry for GPVI expression after 48 hours.
