Calcium mobilization in CRP-stimulated platelets. Indo1-AM-loaded WT, WASp KO, WIP KO^low, and WIP KO^high platelets were activated with 0.3 (normal) or 3 μg/mL CRP (bold) for 5 minutes followed by 0.5 U/mL thrombin for 5 minutes. Results are plotted as percentage of thrombin-induced calcium mobilization and are representative of 3 independent experiments.
