Analyses of gene expression profiling of purified MZ and FO B cells from BCL10 Tg mice by qPCR. (A) Functional classification and enrichment analysis. The genes that distinguished MZ or FO B cells from WT and Tg mice were identified by t test at P < .05, then classified into functional categories by gene ontology. Enrichment of differentially expressed genes in each category for both types of B cells was examined by Fisher exact test.
