GO molecular function categories (A) up-regulated and (B) down-regulated were selected from total list obtained based on the number of genes and corrected P value. Only those categories were plotted that showed minimum 5 (up-regulated) or 4 (down-regulated) genes and have corrected P value < .05. Numbers associated with each category represents number of genes.
