Effector functions. (A) ADCC. Daudi or Raji cells were incubated with 20-2b, 22-2b, v-mab, e-mab, or h734 at 5 μg/mL in the presence of freshly isolated PBMCs for 4 hours before quantification of cell lysis. Effector/target ratio = 50:1. (B) CDC. Daudi cells were incubated with serial dilutions of 20-2b (○), h734 (■), or v-mab (●) in the presence of human complement. The percentage complement control (number of viable cells in the test sample compared with cells treated with complement only) was plotted versus the log of the namomolar concentration.
