miR-29c and miR-223 can predict TFS and OS. The representative TFS and OS curves for miR-29c (A,B) and for miR-223 (C,D). miR-29c and miR-223 were measured by qPCR, and cut-offs were optimized to maximize IgVH mutational concordance (see Table 1) using ROC curve analyses. Statistical differences between curves were calculated using the log-rank test.
