Anti-CD3 preconditioning inhibited GVHD target tissue expression of chemokines. Expression of chemokine mRNA at day 5 after HCT in various tissues (including skin and colon) of recipients conditioned with TBI and with or without anti-CD3 preconditioning was measured by real-time RT-PCR.
