In the proband, the amount of RhAG was reduced and the band was slightly shifted, suggesting hyperglycosylation. The Rh polypeptides were also reduced in expression, in proportion to the reduction of RhAG. CD47 appears unchanged. The reduction in stomatin has been shown previously and is characteristic of OHSt.
