Vaccination with DCs loaded with irradiated, mAb-coated lymphoma cells does not induce depletion of normal host B cells. Mice were vaccinated with DCs and challenged with 38C13 on day 0 (▭, n = 8), vaccinated with DCs and left without tumor challenge (, n = 6), or treated only with HBSS (, n = 4) subcutaneously on days −28 and −14. On day 60, splenocytes were removed and analyzed via flow cytometry for surface expression of CD19, B220/CD45, IgG, and IgM. The percentage of cells positive for each marker is shown.
