Analysis of B-cell development in bone marrow chimeras. Mice were lethally irradiated and reconstituted with wild-type or p100^−/− bone marrow cells as indicated. Lymphocytes in either bone marrow (A) or spleen (B) were analyzed for CD19 and B220 or B220 and IgM expression, respectively. Numbers represent mean values (± SD) from 3 mice.
