Twenty-four hours later, cells were collected, and [3H]-SQ-29548 binding was carried out. Transfected HEK293 cells (∼ 0.2 × 106) were incubated with [3H]-SQ-29548 (∼ 4.5 nM) for 60 minutes at 4°C in the presence or absence of unlabeled SQ-29548 or RvE1-free acid (0.1 to 1000 nM).
