Monocytes and granulocytes are readily nucleofected and tolerate nucleofection well. Monocytes or granulocytes were nucleofected with pGFPC1 and plated until analyzed at 2, 5, 10, and 24 hours for GFP expression or cell death by PI incorporation using flow cytometry and confocal microscopy.
