(A) Purified VWF preparations were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under reducing conditions followed by silver staining. (B) Multimeric composition was analyzed by 2.5% agarose gel electrophoresis followed by Western blot analysis using rabbit polyclonal anti–human VWF.
