LV-MINOR-siRNA suppressed MINOR expression in DCs and dampened DC apoptosis. BMDCs were transduced with either LV-MINOR-siRNA or LV-control-siRNA. Expression of MINOR, Nur77, and Nurr1 was assessed by real-time quantitative RT-PCR as shown in Figure 2A. Western blot analysis of MINOR was also conducted; relative expression of MINOR and GFP (as a control for equal loading, expressed by the vector) is shown in Figure 2B.
