CREB is critical for myelopoiesis in vivo. Bone marrow from CD45.1 mice transplanted into CD45.2 mice were analyzed with lineage-specific and hematopoietic stem-cell markers using FACS analysis at 5 and 12 weeks after transplantation. (A) Myeloid engraftment as measured by staining of bone marrow cells from transplant-recipient mice at 5 weeks. (B) Myeloid engraftment as measured by FACs staining of bone marrow cells at 12 weeks.
