(A) The mRNA expression of 13 Eph receptors and 8 Ephrin ligands was determined with RT-PCR. HT29 colon cancer cell line and HUVEC were included as controls. (B) Western blot analysis to for protein expression of selected expressed Eph-Ephrins. β-actin expression was done to show comparable protein loading.
