ED-B FN expression is similarly detectable in cryostat and paraffin-embedded tissues by immunohistology. Cryostat and paraffin-embedded specimens stemmed from the same lymph node biopsy of a patient with follicular lymphoma grade 2. One-half of the biopsy was shock-frozen, whereas the other half was paraffin-embedded.
