Protein levels were normalized such that the expression level of M1 was set to 0 and the expression of all other proteins is shown as fold change from this baseline. Each protein was standardized so that each protein has mean 0 and SD 1 across the categories. Expression is scaled so that green represents low expression and red represents high expression.
