Ex vivo transduction of HPCs with lentiviral vectors. Isolated HPCs were transduced for 16 hours with lentiviral vector at MOI of 100 and washed with PBS. After additional 72-hour incubation, the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry for GFP-positive cells in nontransduced cells (A) and in cells transduced with vector encoding ZHK-MND-GFP (B) or ZHK-MND-eGFP-Tav3-mAdamts13 (C).
