Activation of MAPKs is impaired and expression of IκB is maintained in tolDC-NKT cells. (A) TolDC-NKT and moDC-NKT cells were activated with 10 ng/mL PMA and 1 μg/mL calcium ionophore for the indicated times. Cells were lysed, and a Western blot was performed to detect phosphorylated MAPKs (ERK1/2, p38, JNK) with specific Abs. (B) The blot was stripped and reprobed with an Ab that is specific for total ERK1/2. (C) The blot was stripped and reprobed with an Ab that is specific for total IκB.
