PHA-739358 impairs proliferation of BaF3 and BaF3-p210, including -M351T, -E255K, and -T315I mutants. BaF3 and BaF3-p210, cells, including −M351T, −E255K, and −T315I mutants were exposed to 0.2 μM (■), 0.8 μM (), and 3.2 μM (□) of PHA-739358 for 48 hours and the number of viable cells was assessed by trypan blue exclusion assay. PHA-739358 inhibited proliferation of all cells tested in a dose-dependent manner, independent of their BCR-ABL mutational status. The percentage of cell growth was normalized to the growth of the no-drug control. The data shown are means of 3 independent experiments (± SD).
