TLE1 and TLE4 expression is specifically decreased in a subset of t(8;21) AMLS with del(9q). The median levels of TLE1 and TLE4 expression in 20 t(8;21) AML samples with del(9q) and 19 t(8;21) AML samples without del(9q) were compared with the expression of 11 normal CD34⁺ control samples.
