Figure 1. Phenotypic analysis of in vitro–generated MDCs. MDCs were generated from CD14+ monocytes with GM-CSF and IL-4. Maturation was induced on day 6 by adding pam3cys (TLR2L), poly I:C (TLR3L), or R848 (TLR7/8L). DMSO was used as the solvent control. Overlay diagrams show expression of indicated surface molecules.
