Data are shown for genes significantly associated with survival or showing a trend toward association with survival, namely CCR1 (A) and CD69 (B). The data for each gene were grouped into 4 quartiles for use in Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and these are indicated in the survival curves as 1 = 1st quartile, 2 = 2nd quartile, 3 = 3rd quartile, and 4 = 4th quartile; 1st quartile was used for lower end of gene expression for each gene.
