The SCL/Lmo2/Gata-2 complex binds to and activates Runx1 and Runx3. Real-time PCR analysis of 416B ChIP material showing enrichment for the Runx1 #2 (A) candidate element. Runx1 #4 region was included as a negative control (B). The Runx1 #2 element can be transactivated by a multiprotein complex containing SCL, LMO2, E47, Ldb1, and GATA2.
