(A) NS0-V or NS0-CD1 tumor-bearing BALB/c wildtype, CD1KO, and Jα18KO mice were euthanized, and ascites tumor cells were harvested and stained for surface expression of CD44, B220, DX5, TCRβ and CD4, TCRβ and CD8, or CD11b and Gr1 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
