RAC1 inhibitor was used at the concentrations of 400 μM and 600 μM overnight. The inhibition was represented by the percentage fluorescence unit, compared with the untreated cells. (B) 32D/ITD cells transfected with dominant negative RAC1 (N-17) resulted in significant decrease in ROS production. Transfection with vector controls show no significant changes in ROS.
