(A) Activated PB T cells were either left untreated or treated with 10 nM CCL5 for 30 minutes, lysed, and immunoprecipitated with either anti-eIF4E or anti-eIF4G antibodies. Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-eIF4E and anti-eIF4G antibody. Whole molecule mouse or rabbit IgG was used as control.
