The ENH-right transgene expression is higher than that of the enhancer-less construct and is induced by cytokines. RT-PCR was performed with RNA from 3 different transgenic ENH-right lines (R7, lanes 1-4; R22, lanes 5-8; and R27, lanes 9-12) and the EPS21 transgenic line (lanes 13-16).
