Pharmacological inhibition of PI3Kγ and PI3Kδ of T-cell function. Purified WT lymph node T cells were cultured with plate-coated α-CD3 (at 10 μg/mL) with or without α-CD28 (10 μg/mL) for 48 hours. AS-604850 (10 μM) and/or IC87114 (3 μM) were preincubated with cells 20 minutes before stimulation. Data represent 4 experiments with triplicates for each sample (± sem).
