Cross-reactivity of the isolated FMNL1-PP2–specific T-cell clone. LCLs with different HLA-A2 subtypes (A) and HLA-A2⁻ LCLs (B) were used as target cells for FMNL1-PP2–specific T-cell clone in a ⁵¹Cr-release assay at an effector-target ratio of 7.5:1. Error bars indicate the standard deviation of tested duplicates. Corresponding results were obtained by IFN-γ ELISA.
