LBH589 induces expression of GADD45G mRNA in cultured primary Ph⁻ ALL cells. Following treatment with 50 nM LBH589 for 24 hours, TaqMan real-time PCR was performed on the cDNA from 6 patient samples. The mRNA levels were normalized to levels of β-actin mRNA and represented in log₁₀ scale. Median value is indicated by the horizontal line in each bar.
