LBH589 induces apoptosis of MOLT-4 and Reh cells. MOLT-4 cells (A) and Reh cells (B) were treated with indicated concentrations of LBH589 for 24, 48, and 72 hours. Following this, the percentage of apoptotic cells was determined by flow cytometry using annexin V/propidium iodide staining.
