Galectin-10 is predominantly expressed in CD25⁺ Treg cells. (A) Cytospin preparations of freshly isolated T cells were incubated with the galectin-10–specific mAb B-F42 and detected with anti-mouse Oregon-Green. In addition, cells were stained with an anti-CD3 PE mAb (red fluorescence), and DAPI (blue fluorescence; right panel only). (B) Furthermore, freshly isolated T cells stained with galectin-10–specific mAb B-F42 Oregon-Green in combination with anti-CD4 PE were analyzed by flow cytometry.
