(A) The most consistent findings of animals with leukemias were enlarged liver and spleen, which on palpation were firm and pale in color with visible lesions, as shown by animal 15549. (B) Bone marrow from these animals was predominantly populated with abnormal cells, as represented by tissue from animal 14736.
