MAN-1 binds to immobilized Mac-1 I-domain peptide. A scrambled I-domain peptide, which contained the same amino acids as the I-domain peptide in a randomized order, served as control. ScFv binding was detected with an anti–His-tag antibody and a secondary goat anti–mouse HRP antibody. Mean and standard deviation of triplicate experiments are given. A representative example of 4 experiments is given.
